Our highly qualified team will assist your staff in learning some great dance moves, whilst promoting health and fitness. Whether you're the CEO, Managing Director, Consultant or Personal Assistant, our aim is to have everyone up and dancing!!! Some examples of our one off programs include but are not limited to: One off regular Dance Class, Choreographed Routine, Combination Dance Classes

What to wear:

Participants are advised to wear soft comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, such as tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt. Supportive trainers or dance shoes if you have them would be suitable.
